Pep's Quick Moving

This company moved us approximately 2 weeks ago, and it was the worst move we have ever experienced. There were several items from my Dallas Cowboys collection among other items that were broken, and the owner would not take responsibility for the damages. These damages were at least $200 in value. He advised me that I had to prove his movers broke the items or he would not pay. When I approached the owner with the rest of my complaints, he became so incensed that he hung up on me. When I called back, he turned the phone over to his wife. Together, they interrupted me, raised their voices, and kept threatening to take me to court instead of listening to a dissatisfied customer. I would not have taken my valuable time to come in here to post a negative review if they would have simply listened to all of my complaints. You have been warned.
